90-Day Ring Resizing

If your ring arrives in the incorrect size, don’t worry - we’re here to help. Precious Carbon offers FREE ring resizing within 90 days from the date your order is first available for delivery.

To request a ring resizing, simply contact our support team with your order details. Our team will guide you through the process personally 

If your ring includes engraving and requires resizing, a $35 re-engraving fee will apply after the resizing process is completed.

If the complimentary 90-day resizing period has passed, or if the free resize has already been used, we are happy to offer an additional resizing service for $125. This includes fully insured shipping to and from our jewelers, professional resizing, repolishing, and a complete inspection of the ring and its prongs.

Please note that our return policy is 7 days from delivery. Once a ring has been resized, it becomes final sale and is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

While most rings can be resized, certain designs may have limitations due to their structure or setting style. In such cases, our team will assess the ring and inform you of the available options before proceeding.
