Precious Carbon Return Policy

At Precious Carbon, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If for any reason you would like to request an exchange or a full return, you may do so within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

 


 

Eligibility for Returns

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in its original packaging.

  • All supporting documentation must be included, such as diamond certificates and any other items provided at delivery.

    • If a certificate is missing or damaged, a $250 replacement fee will apply.

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry (including custom designs, modified rings, or monogrammed pieces) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  1. Email us at info@preciouscarbon.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Please include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

  3. Our Orders Department will contact you within 24 business hours with a prepaid shipping label and return instructions.


 

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, let us know the details in your request. Our team will guide you through the process and confirm all exchange details with you before finalizing.

Please note: once an item has been exchanged, it becomes a final sale and cannot be returned again.
