No. Custom-made, personalized, or modified jewelry (including custom designs, monogrammed pieces) arefinal saleand cannot be returned or exchanged.

• All documents (such as diamond grading certificates) and gifts-with-purchase must also be included.
  
  
• If a certificate is missing or damaged, a $250 replacement fee will apply.
