What happens if I miss a payment?
Klarna and Shop Pay will reach out to help you reschedule directly. For our Small Deposit Plan, just message our team - we'll work something out together. No penalty fees from our side.
Can I use a payment plan on a custom-designed ring?
Absolutely - and the Small Deposit Plan is built exactly for this. Custom designs take time, so we lock in your price and begin crafting as soon as the deposit is paid.
When will my ring be delivered?
Klarna and Shop Pay orders ship as soon as your ring is ready - usually within 1 to 3 weeks. Small Deposit orders ship after the full balance is settled. We'll keep you updated every step of the way.
Are there any hidden fees?
None. Every plan is 0% interest with zero added fees. The number you see at checkout is the total amount you'll pay, broken into smaller pieces.
Can I combine plans, or use a discount code with one?
It's one plan per order. Discount codes do work alongside payment plans - the code is applied first, then the remaining total is split across your installments. Your full savings still come through.
What if my ring doesn't fit?
Send it back. We'll resize it free of charge and ship it right back to you - no questions, no fees.
