Our Uncomplicated 30-day return or exchange policy is just that- if for any reason you would like to request an exchange or a full return for your order, you may do so easily by filling out a short return or exchange request form HERE.

Our Orders Department will contact you within 24 business hours of your request with a prepaid shipping label and instructions, or request additional information if it is needed to process your return/exchange. 

Please note that the following are final sales and acknowledgment of this is required by you prior to purchase- 

  • Customized Jewelry Designs (pieces that were created with our Custom Design Team, this does not include our available online catalog options)

  • Modified rings (requesting claw prongs on a setting that comes pre-designed with button prongs)

  • Mid-Production Changes (after the order is placed and is currently being crafted, any changes made to the setting style or size/shape of the center diamond)

  • Resized rings (rings that were delivered, and then sent back to the workshop to be resized)

  • Jewelry pieces or diamonds that already have been exchanged once before (after the first exchange, the order becomes final sale)

  • Personalized or monogrammed fine jewelry items, including nameplates 

30-Day Timeline Details:

The 30 days starts on the first day the order is available for delivery or pick-up: which would be the first day FedEx attempted delivery (this includes if the package was signed for and accepted, or if FedEx missed you and would require a re-delivery attempt the next business day per their delivery guidelines).

If you need some guidance on what you’d like to exchange to, please include these details in your exchange request- our team is more than happy to lend a hand to make this an easy, Uncomplicated process!

Once you’ve confirmed the new order details you’d like to exchange to, we will cover this information with you again, to ensure the answer to any other questions or concerns of the exchange being a final sale. 

Return or Exchange Packaging Requirements:

For all returns or exchanges, the order must be packaged and returned to us with all items that were included at the time of delivery. You must include any diamond certificates, gifts-with-purchase items, and any other supporting documentation that was delivered with your order. 

If the included diamond certificate is lost, damaged or not included, there will be a $250 replacement fee for the grading laboratory to reissue the documentation.
